Newborn Town operates across global markets, and contracts follow the business: cross-department, cross-entity, cross-language, high volume. The group runs its entire contract flow on Zico, from drafting to archiving, without leaving the system.

Business, legal, finance, and seal teams collaborate in one system. The back-and-forth of negotiation happens online: comments, revision versions, approval and signing, every step traceable.

AI inside the flow

• Clause review: AI screens risk clauses before a contract enters approval
• Contract translation: cross-language contracts translate in-system, no separate tools
• Word-level diffing: every change between versions marked verbatim, replacing manual comparison

Native Feishu integration

No separate accounts: users sign in with Feishu QR codes, and the synced org chart resolves identity. Approval to-dos arrive as Feishu message cards that approvers act on directly, with badge reminders for pending items. The contract flow lives inside the tool teams already use, and overseas teams co-edit cross-language contracts in the same system.
