Terms of Service

The FIM group of companies — comprising FIM Labs Pte. Ltd. ("FIM Labs," Singapore) and Beijing FIM Network Technology Co., Ltd. ("FIM China"), collectively "FIM," "we," or "us" — provides enterprise-grade artificial intelligence solutions, including but not limited to document intelligence processing, contract automation, and knowledge management services. Our services are designed to help government agencies and enterprise clients improve efficiency and achieve digital transformation. The specific FIM entity that contracts with you and the governing law applicable to these Terms depend on your location. Please refer to the "Contracting Entity & Governing Law" section below.

The FIM entity that enters into these Terms with you, and the law governing these Terms, are determined by your location or domicile: • If you are located or domiciled outside of Mainland China (including Singapore, Southeast Asia, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, the United States, and other jurisdictions): – Contracting Entity: FIM Labs Pte. Ltd. ("FIM Labs"), 68 Circular Road, #02-01, Singapore 049422. – Governing Law: The laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. – Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre ("SIAC") in accordance with the SIAC Arbitration Rules in force at the time. The seat of arbitration shall be Singapore, the tribunal shall consist of one (1) arbitrator, and the language of the arbitration shall be English. • If you are located or domiciled in Mainland China: – Contracting Entity: Beijing FIM Network Technology Co., Ltd. ("FIM China"), T3-2112, Damei Center, Chaoyang District, Beijing. – Governing Law: The laws of the People’s Republic of China. – Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the competent People’s Court at the registered domicile of FIM China in Beijing. References to "FIM," "we," or "us" in these Terms mean the applicable contracting entity as determined above.

When using our services, users shall: Comply with applicable laws and regulations, and not use the services for any illegal activities; Provide true, accurate, and complete information, and update such information in a timely manner; Safely manage account credentials and be responsible for all activities under your account; Respect the intellectual property rights and legitimate interests of others, and not infringe upon third-party rights.

All content on this website and in our services, including but not limited to text, images, logos, software, and technical documentation, is owned by the FIM group of companies (FIM Labs Pte. Ltd. and Beijing FIM Network Technology Co., Ltd.) or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties. Without written authorization, no individual or entity may copy, distribute, modify, or otherwise use such content.

Our services are provided "as is" and we make no express or implied warranties regarding the continuity, timeliness, or security of our services. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide stable and reliable services, but shall not be liable for service interruptions or data loss caused by force majeure, system maintenance, or third-party service disruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, or damage to goodwill, whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Modified terms will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. For material changes, we will notify you through appropriate means.

The law governing these Terms and the forum for dispute resolution depend on your location. Please refer to the "Contracting Entity & Governing Law" section above for the complete terms applicable to you.
