In this Policy, "FIM," "we," or "us" means whichever of the two companies applies to you under the rules below. This Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. It covers the fim.ai website and the product sites operated under the FIM brand, such as zico.fim.ai, one.fim.ai, and other fim.ai subdomains, together with the forms on those sites; where such a site has no separate privacy policy, this Policy applies. • Website usage information: Through our self-hosted Umami analytics service, we record the pages you visit, the referring page, your browser and device type, and the country or region derived from your IP address

Each receives only the data it needs for its function: • Umami (analytics): runs on servers we manage ourselves, located in Mainland China, and records the website usage information described above. When you submit the contact form, Umami uses your email address as a visitor identifier and associates the name and organization you entered, so we can see which pages and channels inquiries come from. Analytics data is not shared with other third parties. • Formspree (contact form): receives everything you enter in the contact form, plus the submitting page address, the external referring page, and the Umami session identifier, and forwards it to our mailbox. • Loops (newsletter): receives the email address you subscribe with, to send newsletter emails. Formspree (Formspree, Inc.) and Loops (Astrodon Corporation) are US companies; data is processed and stored in the United States and is also subject to their own privacy policies. Cross-border transfers: If you are located in Mainland China, information you submit through the contact form or newsletter signup is received and stored by the providers above, which means it is transferred outside Mainland China. To respond to your inquiry, the information may also be passed between FIM Beijing and FIM Labs. If you do not want your personal information to leave Mainland China, you can reach us through the sales WeChat contact shown on the Contact page. If you are located outside Mainland China, your website usage information is recorded by our Umami server in Mainland China, which means it is transferred to Mainland China. This information does not include your name or contact details unless you submit the contact form.
